What are your store hours?
We are generally open from 8AM to 5PM, Monday - Friday.

What is the average turn-around time for repairs?
We strive for a 24-hour turnaround.  However, some repairs are more involved or complicated than others and may require more time.

What are your repair rates?
For business:
The average repair cost is $200.00.  Some services have a flat fee, for instance:
Complete OS re-install including all applicable Microsoft updates: $200
Virus scan and removal: $45
Please contact us for a quote for all other repairs.
For residential: Please contact us for a no-pressure residential repair quote.

How is PTN computers different your average repair shop?
We care!  For example, at most computer repair shops, you are responsible for doing your own data backup prior to any repair work done.  At PTN computers, we always perform a backup of your data before any work is done if possible.  We also do a free diagnosis with you before any repairs are suggested or made.  All repairs are done only with your permission so there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

Can you fix my Mac ?
Yes! We can repair and work on both PCs and Macs.

Are you authorized to repair my name brand PC?
Yes, we are authorized to repair any name brand PC.

Are you Microsoft Certified?
Yes, we are a Microsoft Certified Partner, with a Microsoft Certified Engineer on staff.

Are you a member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau)?
